Our employees are our most valuable asset, which is why ASSA ABLOY also participates in further training, such as the MAS in Industry 4.0, which Ralf recently completed: “We covered the latest technologies in the field of the Smart Factory, including smart services, digital business models, data insights, IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning – an incredibly enriching experience!”

Ralf’s newly acquired knowledge flows directly into his daily work and at the same time prepares him for exciting new challenges. With the growing importance of Industry 4.0, his team is being expanded to include a Smart Factory Engineer as he grows into the role of team leader.

During training, it was not always easy to reconcile training, work and private life. All the more in these challenging times, Ralf appreciates the flexibility and support of ASSA ABLOY, which allowed him to successfully complete this professional milestone and at the same time fully enjoy one of the most wonderful moments of his life – the birth of his son.
