Piyush Khatri

This mindset has allowed him to explore multiple industries and since 2019, he has been a business controller in our Opening Solutions division in Pune, India.  

Piyush is driving strategic projects and aligning operations with targets and performance metrics. On a day to day, he also engages with internal and external stakeholders to monitor sales, price realization and credit control, for example. 

“I communicate with the business and front-line teams, addressing their potential concerns and support them with insights to use as a basis for decision-making. Usually, the day flies by, and many times I do not know how the time ticked by at the end of the day,” he laughs. “I enjoy observing the change in the way people working after guiding them and to follow how these changes are reflected in positive figures.” 

Piyush describes himself as passionate and dedicated to work, and achieving a sense of satisfaction is a must for him. When not working, he relishes oil painting and long bike rides on the weekends. He resides in Pune, India, and his closest family is his daughter, wife and mother.
