Nojmol Islam

During the past 30 years, Nojmol has moved through many roles at ASSA ABLOY. He has worked with electromechanical products, and more recently working with our CLIQ mechatronic cylinder solutions, delivered projects for The Ritz Hotel London, National Portrait Gallery, and Spirit, Prima, and Viva for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to name but a few.

We asked Nojmol what is special about ASSA ABLOY, the company he has dedicated his whole career thus far “I have always felt supported and encouraged to further develop within the same business for nearly 30 years. Furthermore, when networking with colleagues in the industry, it has been said ASSA ABLOY group leads the way” Nojmol says.

The best part of his job, Nojmol says, is the interaction with his customers “the satisfaction I get from finding a solution which works for them and has minimal effect on how they used to work, is second to none. And that is all down to the collaboration between all departments in ASSA ABLOY Marine and our customers” he says.

Finally, as someone who has developed within our company, we asked Nojmol for his advice on taking on a new challenge within the ASSA ABLOY Group: “Don’t be afraid to apply for a new role even if you feel you don’t fully match the criteria, you will always be supported and could surprise yourself!”
