Felicia Santiago

She joined ASSA ABLOY and Door Systems in 2021 as a billing clerk. What followed was a steady rise through four different roles, powered by grit, curiosity, and a love for helping others grow.

"It’s exciting to be in a company where you can grow, where someone will listen to your goals and help you get there," she says.

She leads a small but vital team responsible for new equipment installations for national accounts. If something can't be repaired by the service team, it's her job to step in and manage the replacement from start to finish. Felicia prioritizes knowledge-sharing in her team.

"I always say, 'Here’s a tip of the day!' or share something quirky that might help later. The team laughs, but then someone will come back and say, 'Hey, I actually needed that!' I love being that person."

Felicia’s energy doesn’t stop when she leaves the office. Her next big personal milestone is home ownership. "My husband and I are working hard to get there," she says. "We set our goals, and we’re sticking to them."

She also has her sights set on finishing her bachelor’s degree. "Now that I’m settled, it’s the right time. I’m looking at programs for this fall."

No matter what the future holds, Felicia is certain of one thing: she wants to stay with ASSA ABLOY.

"This is where I want to grow. There’s so much more to do here. And with the right leaders and support, I know I can do it."
