Meet Meghan Fragomeni
Meghan Fragomeni, Rotational Program Associate, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is part of the Rotational Develop Program (RDP), based in the U.S.
What do you like about the RDP?
I like that there are endless opportunities to learn something new. Each of my rotations provides positive challenges and even more valuable lessons. The Rotational Development Program has been an incredible journey so far with so much support and encouragement from my supervisors and peers.
What have you worked on so far that you are proud of?
One of the projects I’m most proud of is the Industry 4.0 initiative which is our transformation to smart manufacturing. Each day of the project brought new learning opportunities, and my colleagues were always willing to teach and guide me. The experience not only boosted my confidence but also shaped my belief in my capabilities to make an impact. Even though that rotation has ended, I still receive updates on the project’s progress with the groundwork I laid.
What do you like about ASSA ABLOY?
My favorite part of ASSA ABLOY is the structure, where each company operates independently, yet is still part of a larger family. This setup fosters growth as different companies can share their solutions and insights with one another, creating a collaborative and innovative environment.
What do you want to do after the RDP?
After the RDP, I want to continue developing my skills and apply what I’ve learned to my permanent position. I aim to eventually move into a management role, as I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bringing together diverse perspectives to create effective solutions. I find project management particularly rewarding, as it offers the opportunity to learn from various disciplines that I might not otherwise encounter.
