Meet Gabrielle Wittman

Gabrielle Wittman, Rotational Program Associate, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is part of the Rotational Develop Program (RDP), based in the U.S.

What do you like about the RDP?

My favorite parts of the Rotational Development Program are the ability to travel, the networking and the connections that I have been able to make through this program, and the ability to own your experience. Being in the RDP opens so many doors for opportunities that I feel very lucky to have so early on in my career.

What have you worked on so far that you are proud of?

I’m particularly proud of a training matrix that I developed which helps managers assess skill strengths and weaknesses as well as pinpoint areas where additional training might be needed within their teams. I take pride in this project because it was one of my first significant assignments and it provided me with a valuable learning experience, blending collaboration with others and taking on personal responsibilities within the project.

What do you like about ASSA ABLOY?

I love that the RDP at ASSA ABLOY allows me to own my career path and cater to what my interests are while also giving me the opportunity to explore something new and different to see if I like it. ASSA ABLOY also has such strong mentors who inspire me and work with me to not only identify my strengths, but also help me develop new skills to help me grow.

What do you want to do after the RDP?

After completing the RDP, I will continue to explore and discover the next steps in my career path. Each rotation has offered unique experiences and challenges, which have broadened my perspective. I’m eager to see what insights my final rotations will provide.
