Meet Clayton Guyaux

Clayton Guyaux, Rotational Program Associate, ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is part of the Rotational Develop Program (RDP), with a focus on engineering, based in the U.S.

What do you like about the RDP?

One of my favorite parts of the Rotational Development Program is getting to work in different departments at varying locations. This experience has allowed me to learn new technical skills and appreciate different work environments. Also, I have enjoyed ASSA ABLOY’s workshops which have helped me grow professionally, whether it is about LEAN practices or the overall business.

What have you worked on so far that you are proud of?

I am proud of my work on a transition project during my time at Rockwood, one of our hardware brands based in Pennsylvania. We acquired several new products, and I helped compile technical information, plan layouts for incoming equipment, and create work instructions. This project allowed me to contribute from multiple different perspectives.

What do you like about ASSA ABLOY?

I like ASSA ABLOY’s dedication to growth. Whether it is frequent kaizens or workshops, the company is always trying to improve and values the input of its employees.

What do you want to do after the RDP?

I hope to be in an engineering or operations role at one of ASSA ABLOY’s companies.
