Customer Service & Sales Support Executive / Specialist

Position Summary

The Customer Service & Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support across After-Sales Service, Sales Operations, and Product Management functions for the Hong Kong business. This role serves as a key coordination point between customers, sales teams, service providers, product management, supply chain, and regional stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience, efficient order processing, effective product lifecycle management, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service & After-Sales Support
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries, complaints, service requests, and product-related issues.
  • Coordinate after-sales service activities, including warranty claims, repair arrangements, product returns, replacements, and service escalations.
  • Oversee inventory management for spare parts and repair materials including forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock control.
  • Drive service excellence by identifying gaps in customer journey and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  • Process customer quotations, sales orders, delivery arrangements, invoicing activities and preparation of business reports.
  1. Product Management Support
  • Support product launch, phase-in, and phase-out activities for the Hong Kong market.
  • Organize and facilitate technical training for retail teams to improve product knowledge and improve on-site repair assessment.

 

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or above in Engineering, Customer Service, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, commercial operations, product management support, or after-sales service.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across sales, operations, and customers.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is an advantage.
