POSITION	(INTERNSHIP)
LOCATION	Singapore
INCUMBENT
REPORTING TO	Sales Manager (EAC)

1. RESPONSIBILITY	:	Troubleshooting of Electromechanical products SW & FW programming required Ability to understand simple electrical diagrams Ability to use simple measuring equipment (eg: Multimeter, Power Supply unit) Any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor
2. REQUIREMENTS	:	Good technical understanding Possess a responsible altitude Good communication skills with the ability to work independently within a team Willingness to learn, hands-on ability Some travelling within Singapore may be required.
3. ACCOUNTABILITY	:	Indoor Testing, Troubleshooting & Repair of Electromechanical products Accountability of Tools and Assets assigned by the company Management of Warranty Claims/ Key Codes for customers with proprietary systems Preparation of Sales Promotional and/or marketing catalogues/materials (if required) Follow up with suppliers and/or customers for Replacements products/parts
4. AUTHORITY	:	At all times act within the policies and financial authority guidelines of ASSA ABLOY.
