Maintenance Tech
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed. This is a 1st shift position; Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:30pm.
What you will be doing:
- PM tech level 2 skills plus the following:
- Replacement of bearings and bearing assemblies
- Repair and replacement of mechanical assemblies
- Repair and Rebuilding of equipment
- Installation of gearboxes
- Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 80%
- Drive shaft rebuilding
- Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipment
- Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures
