This role is a key functional position within the Master Data Management team, responsible for driving enterprise-wide data standardization, harmonization, governance, and business process improvement initiatives. The role will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and well-governed master data while enabling scalable and agile business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Senior Functional Business Analyst for MDM initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams.Gather, assess, record, and confirm business, functional, and data requirements pertaining to master data domains.Produce and maintain high-quality requirement artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, data models, and acceptance criteria.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for technical implementation.Serve as Scrum Lead / Agile Facilitator for MDM initiatives, managing backlog, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Coordinate and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple MDM and process improvement initiatives.Oversee the integration, staging, and lifecycle management of master data across enterprise systems and applications.Provide functional leadership for TIBCO EBX MDM, including data modeling, workflows, governance processes, and stewardship enablement.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize end-to-end business processes, removing non-value-added steps.Collaborate with IT, Architect’s, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready MDM solutions.Support change management, training, and communication to drive user adoption and organizational alignment.Lead and take ownership of Data Steward governance by managing and facilitating data steward forums across both business and IT.
