E-Commerce Media Intern

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Media Intern will help launch media tactics, collect assets for banners and brief submissions, audit and analyze media performance to provide optimization recommendations.  Support Media Manager to increase online revenue through our paid media efforts across various Home Improvement retail media channels including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, YouTube & Google. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will be focused on Kwikset Mechanical and work closely with the Channel, Content, National Account Management (NAM), and Brand Marketing, as well as our media partners and 3rd party agencies. Must be available to work onsite in our Lake Forest office 3 days a week for our hybrid schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Will be remote Mondays and Fridays.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help support Digital Marketing Manager oversee 3rd party agency media performance and build relationships with key retailer media partners including Amazon, Home Depot and Lowe’s
  • Help execute digital media sponsored ads, auction banners, upload YouTube videos and optimize Google ads
  • Support creative coordination, optimization, and reporting of retailer branded media programs and in house managed media such as YouTube & Google.
  • Partner closely with NAMs, e-commerce channel marketing, brand marketing, and creative teams
    • Support priority products and new product launches with integrated marketing plans
    • Help foster strong relationships with the partnering media groups
  • Analyze and report on return on investment metrics and campaign analytics
    • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders to share results
    • Support Digital Marketing Manager execute campaign optimization and effective digital marketing platform usage

 

Education and Experience Profile

  • Working towards Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent
  • Experience/Interest in Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Media or equivalent field


Required Skills

  • Proven experience taking data driven approaches to marketing and media
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Google, YouTube & Social Media advertising experience a plus

 

Work Environment

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Hybrid work in our Lake Forest Headquarter office at least 3 days/week.
