Technical Service Specialist with previous High Performance Door experience needed to support manufacturing facility in Kenosha, WI. This position requires up to 50% travel to customer sites. Candidates must live in a major metropolitan area for ease of travel.
TECHNICAL SERVICE - PROBLEM SOLVING
- Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
- Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
- Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities
- Looking for opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall quality
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors’ degree or certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience
- Three+ years experience with HPD technical support role
- Working knowledge of/experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE
