We are seeking a seasoned Head of Service & Customer Excellence to join our Executive Leadership Team, based at Bangholme, Victoria. Your Mission:
- Lead the development and execution of market-winning service strategies with Regional Leaders.
- Drive high-quality service delivery and installations, including subcontractor oversight.
- Champion customer experience by ensuring enquiries are resolved swiftly and effectively.
- Align global and Pacific strategies to local market success.
- Strengthen key account relationships and exceed contractual targets.
- Win new national asset contracts through strategic pursuit and client engagement.
- Innovate the service portfolio by introducing new offerings to market.
What You’ll Bring:
- Relevant degree or a proven track record of success in the service and manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a senior leader in service operations and customer excellence.
- A background in turnaround environments and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Experience leading diverse, multi-regional teams within a matrix organisation.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial insight.
