Umm Al Seneem (Ain Khaled) Health Center: (i) Prototype B with an approximate BUA of 33,980 m2 (ii) consists of basement around 25,680 m2, Ground floor around 4050 m2, and first Floor of around 3565m2 (iii) Ground floor & First Floor of the clinic comprises: 1) MenÂ’s clinic, WomenÂ’s Clinic, Dental clinic, Walk-in clinic, Radiology, Pharmacy, Lab, Storage, Admin, 2) Chronic disease clinic, Multipurpose room , pre-marital services, staff facilities, Internal Open courtyards. (iv) Basement comprises: Public & Staff Parking (v) Ancillary Building (vi) Watchman room/waste room (b) With all associated MEP and external works.
