• Bearing: 2 Anti Friction Ball Bearing
• Finish: 630 ,626 (other finishes available upon request)
• Options: Flush tips only

Guidelines on use of Spring Hinges:

• Maximum doors size 3,0” x 7,0” x 914 ( ”4/3 1mm x 2134mm x 44mm)
• NFPA requires the use of 2 spring hinges on Fire Rated Doors
• Up to 70 lbs (32 kg) Door: 1 spring hinge with 2 ball bearing hinges. The spring hinge should be in the center location
• Up to 90 lbs (41 kg) Doors: 2 spring hinges with 1 ball bearing hinges. The 2 spring hinges should be in the center and bottom locations
• Up to 120 lbs (55 kg) Doors: 3 spring hinges
