EML 110

Area of Usage

ASSA EML110 is a lock developed for locking mailboxes, safes, etc. located indoors in dry areas. The lock can be controlled with a push button, time switch, code lock or with more advanced access control systems.

Features

  • EML110 is connected to 12V or 24V DC depending on the model.
  • To protect the control electronics, e.g. code lock or card reader against transients (voltage peaks), the EML110 has an integrated protection diode mounted in connection with the cabinet lock coil
  • The lock is delivered with 2 cables with a length of 200 mm and a diameter of 2.2 mm for connection to the control electronics.
  • The EML110 is mounted in the standard 18/22 cabinet lock recess in the door and no other holes are necessary.
  • The EML110 is suitable for door thicknesses up to 7 mm.

Function

  • The cam can be operated via the knob when the opening signal is given to the EML110. When the opening signal is no longer given, the blocking mechanism is pre-tensioned and locks automatically when the knob is returned to the locked position.
  • Standard cams for Assa Abloy cabinet lock cylinders can be used and these are ordered separately.
  • The turning range of the locking bolt is 90º.
  • The lock is delivered as standard for 24V DC right-hung doors but can also be ordered for left-hung doors. EML110 can also be ordered in 12V DC version.
