Hollow metal service door

The doors and frames will be reinforced for the surface applied material. Reinforcement gages shall meet or exceed the gages as recommended by NAAMM and the Steel Door Institute. 

Drilling and threading for the material applied to the surface will be done by others. The doors and frames will be prepared for the mortise hardware with the holes drilled and hit at the factory except for fitting mounting holes. All doors and frames will be coated with a layer of oven paint primer at the factory after phosphate cleaning.
