With the increase in gun crime and risk from terrorist attack, ASSA ABLOY Security Doors have continued to develop our range of ballistic resistant doors to provide unparalleled protection against a wide range of firearms.

We offer ballistic protection from 9mm handguns through to armour-piercing rounds.

Powershield and Safeguard Ballistic Doors have been independently tested and certification reflects the breadth of our product range, which also includes blast and fire protection.

Our systematic approach to product development continues to keep us at the forefront of ballistic protection and our doors are available in both steel and timber finishes.

Blast Doors

Blast doors must have the ability to withstand the full force of a blast wave, yet simultaneously be visually appealing.

They must also be easy to operate on an everyday basis by people of all builds. These are all defining criteria incorporated into our designs and many years of testing allow us to offer a wide portfolio of blast products. 

ASSA ABLOY Blast Doors have been designed to resist varied pressure levels and are available in single, double and leaf and half configurations, in both steel and timber finishes.
