Senior CRM Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain

solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal

candidate will have strong technical expertise in building scalable business applications,

automating processes, and integrating systems to enhance customer relationship

management and business efficiency.

 

Key responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Solution development: Design and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Integration and data management: Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Power Automation: Create flows and business process flows to streamline operations. Optimize existing processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support and maintenance: Provide technical support for CRM and Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback.

 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Microsoft CRM CE (Sales/CSM), 6+ years professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure services.
  • Familiarity with security roles, data modelling, and solution architecture.

Education and/or Experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, information systems or demonstrated equivalent education and relevant work experience.
  • 6 - 8 years of total work experience

 

Language Skills 

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.    

 

Computer Skills  

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.

  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required. Therefore, employees must possess, or be able to acquire, a valid passport.
