Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist to strengthen brand growth, support product launches, and elevate our market presence across key commercial B2B segments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

This position will sit onsite full-time in Berlin, CT, with occasional travel (up to 10%).

What you will be doing

  • Lead product launch activities, including collateral development, customer communications, and alignment with sales teams.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans in partnership with the Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive, multi-channel strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints, including websites, social media, digital ads, and product documentation.
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners to produce compelling content, photography, renderings, and videos for campaigns and eCommerce.
  • Support lead generation and demand creation initiatives, including campaigns, trade shows, events, and showroom experiences.
  • Create and distribute marketing assets, such as brochures, presentations, blogs, and other content for SEO and sales enablement.
  • Maintain and optimize the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure accurate and accessible marketing files.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met while supporting additional marketing needs as required.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
