- Position: Logistics Specialist
- Report to: PMC Manager of ASSA ABLOY Architectural Hardware Vietnam (AAAHV)
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 | Monday - Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Take responsibilities for customs clearance for imports and exports
- Control HS code clarification
- Control Custom duty refund operation
- Follow up customs audit
- Manage forwarder and 3rd party logistics
- Comply with laws, regulations and requirements
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Overall logistics work including shipping and delivers follow up
- Understand and make annual settlement report
- Requirements:
- Must have:
- BSc/ BA in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or relevant field
- More than 3-4 years of relevant work experience customs and logistics
- Good communication skills in English (both Speaking & Writing)
- Proficient in using ERP system
- Knowledge of trade, HS code, Customs regulation
- Experience working at EPE (Export Processing Enterprise)
- Nice to have:
- Good communication with the relevant stakeholders
- Foreign invested enterprise experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
