Key Account Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  • Develop good relationship with current Trade Distributors & Dealers by product penetration and increase shop share.
  • Acquire and develop new Trade Distributors and Dealers within the assigned territories through geographic channel coverage.
  • Implement the product display & trade marketing activities at newly acquired and/or existing distributors/dealers eg product sample boards, product displays, Yale product corners, signboards, promotions, etc.
  • Support the Distributors/Dealers for sell-out activities, increase the ratio of shop-share.
  • Build strong relationship with related parties. Deeply understand the customers’ demands as well as the technical/commercial needs and present our respective products accordingly.
  • Study competition and prepare win-win quotations of our customized solutions in the compliance with the sales consultation/direction of the supervisors/company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Coordinate with Marketing Department to deliver events or programs, to ensure that brand presence is maximized, and strategic objectives are met. 
  • Constantly and regularly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the customers’ requirements to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in traditional/general trade sales, distribution business development
  • Degree or relevant certification
  • Have a good understanding of branding and dealer network set up
  • Good at computer (MS Office, internet)
