FSSC Accountant (Master Data)

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

Be involved to APAC FSSC Program and fulfil commitments which be complied with program objective;
参与亚太地区 FSSC 项目，并履行符合项目目标的承诺
Maintain customer or material master data into the ERP system;
在 ERP 系统中维护客户或物料主数据
Effective communication with local entity for problem-solving;
与当地实体有效沟通，解决问题
Complete the bank reconciliation according to month end closing calendar;
根据月末结账日历完成银行余额调节
Timely work with local entity to process cut-off in terms of defined closing calendar.
按照规定的截止日期，及时与当地实体合作处理结账事项
Provide good service defined in Service Level Agreement and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients;
根据服务水平协议提供优质服务，履行 FSSC 对内部和外部客户的承诺
Establish and deploy Master Data system SOP;
建立并部署主数据系统标准操作程序
Support master data template maintenance;
支持主数据模板维护
Timely and accurately complete bank reconciliation and BSR related bank part;
及时、准确地完成银行对账及 BSR 相关银行部分
Perform assigned tasks by management;
完成管理层分配的任务

Position Requirement

岗位要求

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;
会计或金融专业本科学
0-2 years finance experience;
0-2 年财务工作经验
Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards;
熟悉 IFRS 和中国会计准则
Be familiar with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus;
熟悉 ERP 系统，了解 Microsoft Dynamics AX 优先
Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 软件
Tracked record in driving step-changing projects
有推动重大变革项目的成功经验
Good communication and English skill.
具备良好的沟通能力和英语水平
