Service Coordinator

What would you do as our Service Coordinator

  • Plans and organizes service work: prepares schedules, assigns tasks, monitors execution.
  • Coordinates the team aligns work: between technicians, warehouse, sales, and administration.
  • Communicates with customers: receives orders, provides status updates, handles complaints.
  • Administrative tasks: issues work orders, closes cash register, maintains records.
  • Manages documentation: keeps diagnostic data, technical instructions, and service reports up to date.
  • Ensures compliance: workplace safety, fire protection, adherence to regulations.
  • Process optimization: monitors analyses and prepares corrective actions for non-conformities.

 

 

Required Competencies

  • Education: Minimum Level VI
  • Experience: at least 2–3 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: MS Office, ERP systems, basic technical understanding.
  • Skills: excellent organizational and communication skills, independence, proactivity.
  • Languages: Slovenian, English (additional languages are an advantage).
