Head of Quality, Nordics
Location: Nordics

Can you lead quality excellence across Scandinavia and Finland? Join our team and help us strengthen our quality performance within the Nordics. You will be based in one of our Nordic offices and report directly to the COO Nordics as part of the Operations Management Team.


Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead and mentor two strong Quality teams (approx. 30 employees)
• Govern quality processes including audits, quality risk management, and non-conformity handling
• Monitor product quality throughout the entire lifecycle and maintain quality metrics and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across operations
• Represent the organization in quality-related matters with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies


Required Qualifications
• University degree and 5+ years of quality management experience in a multinational industrial or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices
• Proven leadership and change management skills with ability to coach and mentor
• Excellent communication skills in English and a Nordic language
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving ability


Preferred Experience
• Lean Management & Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Track record of implementing process improvements and new ways of working
• Experience in organizational development and managing complex environments
• Business-oriented leader with strong financial understanding
• Ability to balance long-term plans with short-term priorities
