Fire Rated Doors & Partitions Thermally Insulated
This system is a highly advanced thermally insulated profile system used for flush mounted single or double-leaf swing doors, single and double-leaf sliding doors, windows and glazed partitions.
It is manufactured from cold rolled mild steel profiles, with zinc magnesium coating, square cut Snap-on glazing beads, and calcium silicate insulation embedded in the profiles.
The system has a nominal depth of 65mm, 70mm and 110mm; where the profiles can also be welded together to form complex constructions.
The system has been comprehensively tested to both the European and North American standards for fire resistance and other safety parameters.
The system is listed and labeled by M/S Intertek, a well - renown independent third-party certification body and is approved by the Civil Defense authorities across the GCC.
