Hatch doors

ASSA ABLOY’s Floor Access Hatch are designed on purpose for Indoor and Outdoor application where dust and water are prevented from falling into work area. Drainage is provided through threaded coupling in channel. Floor Access Hatch can be specified in commercial, industrial, public and residential buildings. They are available in standard or a choice of performance options. Hatch are available for use in 60 or 120 minute fire-rated constructions. Floor Access Hatch are available in a range of standard sizes with standard primer coating to suit different applications.

CHARACTERISTICS:-

Channel frame construction with 40mm drainage coupling and integral anchor flange to be cast into concrete
Checquer plated door panels is equipped with steel drop handle and gas spring.
Full range of sizes
Single or double leaf version
Floor Access Hatch are made of steel galvanized sheet and stainless steel
Standard primer coating to suit different applications

CLASSIFICATION:

Fire Rated upto 90 minutes (UL)
Floor Access Hatch can be cladded with ceramic flooring tiles or mortar

MATERIAL:

Floor Access Hatch are made of galvanized steel sheets or stainless steel sheets grade 304 (also available SS grade 316 on special customer request). Insulated panels are filled with structural mineral wool with stiffener.

FINISHING OPTIONS:

Standard primer-coated
Stainless steel mill finish

Smaller size Floor Access Hatch can be supplied to site in assembled condition and bigger size to be assembled at site.

FRAMES:

Single leaf or double leaf constructed with heavy dutysteel sheets reinforced with rectangular hollow sectionand insulated panels are insulted with rock wool infills
With fire resistance up to 90 minutes
Frames are made by heavy duty folded sheets as perdesign.
