    Technical Details:

    Fail Safe

    • Power on locks outside/inside lever
    • Deadlocking latchbolt
    • Latchbolt retracted by mechanical key when locked electrically

    Fail Secure

    • Power on locks outside/inside lever
    • Deadlocking latchbolt
    • Latchbolt retracted by mechanical key when power is off

    Option:

    • REX(Request to Exit) - An SPDT switch that monitors activation of the free lever ( not available with knob trim). REX is available for all mechanical and electrified functions and can be supplied alone or with either LBMor DBM.
    • LBM (Latchbolt Monitor) - An SPDT switch that monitors full retraction of the main latch. LBM is available for all mechanical and electrified functions without a deadbolt and can be supplied alone or with REX.
    • DBM(Deadbolt Monitor)- An SPDT switch that monitors full extension or retraction of the deadbolt. DBMis available for all mechanical and electrified funtions witha deadbolt and can be supplied alone or with REX. DBMcan not be used with LBM.
