ASSA ABLOY acquires Santos in Portugal

Santos was founded in 1948 and has over 140 employees. The main office and factory are located in Águeda, Portugal.

Sales for 2025 amounted to about 9.3 million euros with a good EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
