ASSA ABLOY publishes comprehensive specifications for all products and solutions. For many key products, we also publish an independently audited, product-specific Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
An EPD details a product’s impact over its full life-cycle. It is a map of the product footprint, from raw material, through manufacturing, logistics and use, to end-of-life recycling. EPDs provide the basis of a fair comparison of products and services by environmental performance.
These life-cycle assessments inform customers and detail information required to support a submission to recognized green building schemes.
