The ERP Specialist will Ensure the administration, optimization, and evolution of the CentralGest ERP, guaranteeing data reliability, continuous improvement of business processes, and proper integration between the ERP and the company's other information systems.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Administration and functional management of the CentralGest ERP
  • Analyze, optimize, and propose improvements to business processes supported by the ERP
  • Work with production, logistics, purchasing, and finance teams to improve information flows
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality within the system
  • Administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases associated with the ERP
  • Analyze query performance, tables, and data structures to optimize system performance
  • Develop reports, SQL queries, and decision-support tools.
  • Manage permissions, access rights, and information security within the ERP
  • Ensure strict professional confidentiality regarding sensitive data
  • Collaborate with software vendors and technology partners when necessary
  • Document processes, procedures, and ERP usage best practices
  • Support and guide advanced system users, identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academy requirement

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP administration
  • Proven experience with CentralGest ERP
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • Ability to write technical documentation and maintain updated system inventories
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
