HR Business Partner

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a broad HR function, supporting business growth while ensuring compliance, strong people management, and efficient HR processes. This role combines strategic HR, employee lifecycle management, and operational HR administration.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

HR Strategy & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding)
  • Advise managers on team management, engagement, and conflict resolution

Culture, Communication & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong company culture based on shared values
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to internal employer branding and positive workplace environment

Compliance & HR Governance  & Health, Safety

  • Ensure compliance with labor law, GDPR, and internal policies
  • Maintain and update HR regulations (e.g. work regulations, compensation policies, remote work)
  • Participate in internal committees and support governance processes
  • Coordinate HSE area (with external providers), including incident procedures

Operational HR & HR Administration

  • Monitor HR KPIs (e.g. turnover, absenteeism) and report to management
  • Manage HR systems, internal access, and sensitive data flow
  • Coordinate HR documentation flow with external accounting/payroll provider
  • Oversee reporting and settlements (PPK, PFRON, GUS, PIT)
  • Monitor deadlines for medical checks and HSE training

 

What You Bring

  • Broad HR experience combining people, processes, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of labour law and HR administration
  • Ability to work across strategic and operational topics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of independence and ownership
  • Spoken and written competence in English

 

Additional Note

The role covers a wide scope, but not all tasks require daily operational handling. Some areas involve oversight, coordination, and ownership of access and processes, rather than full execution.
