CRM & Business Intelligence Lead

What you would do as our CRM & Business Intelligence Lead 

 

As our CRM & Business Intelligence Lead you will help shape the future of our commercial operations. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our digital capabilities, ensuring our CRM systems and business intelligence tools deliver maximum value across the organisation.

You would also:

  • Own and enhance CRM usage across the business, improving sales, marketing, and service processes.
  • Build workflows, automations, dashboards, and drive CRM adoption, data quality, and integration with other systems.
  • Convert business requirements into CRM capability improvements and liaise with Group CRM teams for strategy rollout.
  • Lead delivery of digital/data projects (e.g., Web Shop, portals, CRM integration), including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support testing, rollout, and change management, working with platforms like Web Shop, Akeneo (PIM), and AX data streams.
  • Identify and implement system/process improvements, optimise workflows, and support future digital roadmap initiatives.
  • Shape and communicate the AI roadmap, working with closely with IT, digital, operations and EMEIA teams.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in CRM management, digital platforms, and delivering digital/data projects.
  • Has strong logical thinking, ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Is highly organised, excellent communicator, able to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse teams. Experience of working with and guiding senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Is comfortable in changing environments, works well with technical and non-technical stakeholders, proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Is professional, detail-oriented, commercially aware, passionate about digital growth and learning new technologies.
