Quadrant Arm Stay

The Quadrant arm window stay is generally used to restrict the opening of bottom hung fan light or casement windows. When fitted the quadrant stays will only allow the window to open a fixed safe distance. Usually they are fitted in pairs, mainly used for bottom hung casement windows, supporting the casement as it falls inwards.
