eCLIQ is the ideal solution for the UNITAS housing association

Challenge:
The UNITAS eG housing association has been providing its members with secure and inexpensive housing for more than 65 years. The main business is managing its own apartments. Target-group and demand-based modernisation of existing buildings, as well as the construction of new residential buildings, are another focus of the company. The association is committed to providing its members with secure, modern and socially responsible housing. It manages more than 5,400 residential and commercial units throughout the Leipzig urban area as well as in neighbouring Delitzsch.
41 new apartments and 55 underground parking spaces were built with the UNITAS eG new build in Salomonstraße 16–18a, Leipzig. A simple, easy-to-install access solution that meets the requirements of a modern residential complex had to be found for the building entrances and apartments.
Solution:
The eCLIQ electronic locking system from the IKON brand offers full flexibility with state-of-the-art locking system management. This is why the UNITAS eG cooperative opted for this system. The reliable, uncomplicated solution stands out due to its compact form, striking design and robust, durable, secure components.
The deciding factor, however, was that access authorisations could be changed flexibly and easily with eCLIQ. Lost keys can be deactivated immediately. Authorisations with time and room restrictions can also be defined, to grant cleaning staff access at specific times, for example.
