AUERBAU apartment building secured with eCLIQ electronic locking system

Challenge:

Since it was founded in 1936 by the master bricklayer and bridge builder Sebastian Kink, AUERBAU has been built over several generations. To this day, the family-owned company is successful in the Rosenheim district and creates customised residential properties and real estate from project development to completion. The portfolio ranges from contemporary new construction for families and couples to complex commercial properties and to challenging renovation work on listed buildings.

For the new residential complex project in Rosenheimer Burgfeldstraße, the company was looking for a locking system that would meet its requirements for a flexible, secure solution.

Solutions:

AUERBAU opted for an electronic master key system from the IKON brand to equip the buildings with 3-7 residential units. eCLIQ was selected, as the system has already been proven in three other residential buildings from AUERBAU. The master key system is easy to use and access authorisations can be assigned flexibly. Another argument was the easy installation, as no wiring is required on doors and components. The power supply is provided by a standard battery in the reversible key. This means that the cylinders do not protrude and the security technology can be integrated discreetly in the building.

The CLIQ^® Local Manager is used to manage the eCLIQ master key system. The user-friendly program is installed locally on the PC and is therefore perfectly suited to the requirements of an efficient housing management.
