Spark is the only one of the eCLIQ keys that does not require a battery for its use and is therefore kinder to the environment.

The energy required for the locking function and for checking access authorizations is generated by the key during insertion into the cylinder.

Data is transferred between the eCLIQ locking cylinder and Spark with the usual high level of protection against manipulation and intelligent attacks that has always characterized the CLIQ^® family locking system.

This key is rigorously tested to withstand extreme weather conditions.  It is backward compatible with an existing CLIQ system, can be used alongside all other eCLIQ keys and operates all 60+ eCLIQ cylinders.
