In recent times, minimising the spread of germs has become a major focus for us all. Utilising the latest in Active Infrared technology, the ASSA ABLOY Touchless actuators provide a totally contactless solution for door Egress, Access or Request to Exit applications as users only need to place their hand near the Actuator for activation.

The Touchless Egress actuator switches are suitable for a host of environments and applications specifically including sanitary requirements for Hospitals, Aged and Health Care facilities and Medical Clinics. They are also ideal for high traffic areas such as offices, Universities and education, apartment buildings or really any application where the reduction of germ spreading is a priority.

Available in both Wall Plate and Architrave Plate styles, the Actuators provide both a Latching Output function along with an inbuilt timer for adjustable output times. Read range is also adjustable from 4 to 15cm, making the ASSA ABLOY Touchless actuators the ideal solution for use as a stand-alone product or integrated into any Access Control, Intercom, Keypad or Card Reader system.
