Key Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Key Accounts Administrator. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, accurate administration and high-level service delivery across all key accounts. The position is based in Bangholme, Victoria.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for National Key Accounts, ensuring consistent and professional service delivery.
- Coordinate customer requests and resolve issues by liaising with internal teams and branch offices nationwide.
- Provide proactive communication and regular updates to customers on service progress and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate administration, including invoicing, purchase orders and ERP data management.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and agreed timeframes.
- Support relationship management by attending customer meetings and contributing to service improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in account administration, key account support or service coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound financial acumen, including experience reviewing invoicing, costings and purchase orders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, professional approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
