Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you'll need to register for an account to place orders on our eStore. You can create one by selecting your industry and country on the registration page. Once registered, you'll have access to our full product range, quick order functionality, and your favourites list.

Can I apply for a credit account?

Yes. If you're a trade customer, you can apply for a credit account with us. Simply complete the credit account application available on the website. Once approved, you'll be able to manage orders, purchase new products, and access support through your online account.

What are your delivery options and timescales?

We offer standard delivery within 2-3 working days for all webshop orders. Alternative delivery options, including expedited or special delivery requests, can be arranged upon order placement by contacting our customer services team. Delivery charges and any applicable thresholds for free delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Orders are fulfilled using our approved carrier network.

 Do you deliver to all areas of the UK?

Orders placed through our webshop are delivered within the United Kingdom only. We currently offer delivery to mainland UK and other UK regions where standard carrier services are available. International delivery is not available through the webshop. If you have specific delivery requirements or location queries, please contact our Customer Care Team prior to placing your order

What is your returns policy?

Customers can request a return by contacting our Customer Care Team. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to approval and any applicable terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Care Team with your order details to initiate a return and receive further instructions.

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

Orders may be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care Team as soon as possible after placement. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, orders that have already been processed, picked, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. Any bespoke, customised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Are your products compliant with UK fire and safety regulations?

Yes. Many of our products — including door closers and panic exit hardware — are designed to meet UK fire safety standards and relevant British/European Standards.
