Job Title: .NET Technical Architect 

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to own and lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade, cloud-ready applications built on .NET and Angular.

The role involves defining scalable, secure, and highly available solutions, making architecture trade-offs, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology across delivery teams, and partnering with business stakeholders for successful delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Own end-to-end application and system architecture for .NET and Angular platforms.

• Design cloud-native, microservices-based and RESTful architectures with high availability, resilience, and fault tolerance.

• Select appropriate architecture patterns (Microservices, Modular Monolith, SOA).

• Convert business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

• Define and govern non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and observability.


Cloud & Platform Architecture

Define strategies for high availability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and cloud governance.

• Define identity and access management approaches using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Azure AD.


Leadership & Governance

• Act as technical leader and decision authority for architecture-related matters.

• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices (SOLID, clean architecture).

• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews across teams.

• Represent architecture decisions in design forums, governance boards, and technical reviews.

• Mentor developers, senior engineers, and tech leads.


Delivery & Operations

• Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment strategies, and monitoring runtime are implemented.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues related to performance, scalability, and integration.


Documentation & Communication

• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation.

• Maintain architecture artifacts as living documents aligned with evolving systems.

• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and distributed teams.


Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Web API, and Angular

• Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and design patterns

• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Experience with caching (Redis), messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Kafka), and API security

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices


Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

• 10–15 years of overall software development experience

• Minimum 4+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead role

• Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and leading large-scale enterprise platforms

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills

Experience working with global or distributed teams (Good to Have)
