Acquisition of D&D Technologies

ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia is pleased to announce the acquisition of D&D Technologies, an Australian company dedicated to the design and manufacture of innovative gate hardware solutions. The acquisition bolsters ASSA ABLOY’s portfolio whilst strengthening the company's position in the market as the leader in access solutions.

Founded in the late 1980s, D&D Technologies is a leading manufacturer of quality, state-of-the-art gate latches, locks and hinges. Internationally renowned for their ground-breaking MagnaLatch^® magnetic child safety gate latch for swimming pool and other child safety gates, the company is a welcomed addition to the ASSA ABLOY group.
