PL6B Series Padlock

Function

Two functions are available, Latching or Deadlocking. Latching is the default function, all PL6B padlocks can be easily converted to deadlocking function (key retained) by simply relocating the cam plate pin in the cylinder assembly.

Latching function is where the key can be removed with the shackle in the open position.

Deadlocking function is where the key is retained and can only be removed with the shackle in the locked position.

Note – All functions operate with spring loaded shackle.

Shackles

• Boron Steel, 25mm, 38mm, 48mm and 90mm shackle lengths.
• Note – compatible with all Lockwood 334 Series shackles.

• CY652N - ABLOY PROTEC

Special Keying

Locks can be keyed to ABLOY PROTEC² or ABLOY PROTEC key systems. ABLOY PROTEC² is a restricted keying platform where keys are legally protected to protect against unauthorised duplication.

Key systems can be specifically designed for different levels of mechanical access control, these can include both keyed alike and master keyed systems.
