He wants to change the image of ASSA ABLOY

Johan Molin, ASSA ABLOY CEO, has lead the restructuring of lock giant ASSA. Now he wants to change the perception of the lock Group. Molin says ASSA ABLOY is looked on as a structure case, which is a misleading image.
The company also invests in growth and believes in new products, which will fuel sales and results. There is for example good growth in the mechanics/electronics-area to explore. ASSA ABLOY is currently in a phase where coordination is the key word. An example of this is the Group's joint production development in the electronics area.
The new products will fuel the sales organically - and on top of this the Group will acquire new businesses. Molin's main task is to get the whole of ASSA ABLOY to obey under the Group and reduce the division between production and customer service.
