Challenge

Besides being directly connected to the Seawoods railway station, it is 5 minutes from Belapur CBD, easily accessible from express highway and closer to proposed Navi Mumbai Metro corridor. 

Solution

ASSA ABLOY India successfully supplied and oversaw the installation of mechanical hardware of over 3,500 doors which included multilevel master keyed cylinders. The massive project also included supply and installation over automatic sliding doors. The entire project was completed in a record time and the efforts were recognized by the client, which resulted in winning other projects like L&T Emerald Isle and L&T Crescent Bay.
