Challenge

King Henry VIII College will be a fully-fledged sister school to Christ College Brecon which is a historic co-educational inde-pendent day and boarding school set in the Brecon Beacons National Park, South Wales.  

It is based in the modern, global tech hub of Cyberjaya, a rapidly-developing planned town-ship, mid-way between Kuala Lumpur City Centre and KL International Airport. 

Solution

Consisted of 9 buildings in total which inclusive of 4 blocks of 4 – 6 storey of academic buildings, 1 block of 4 storey administrative office, 2 blocks of 6 storey student apartment, 1 block of 4 storey auditorium & 1 block of 2 storey sport center.

The client prefer an ironmongery brand which is well established and able to deliver consistent services & products quality.  Teamware Hardware Malaysia supply fire door, mechanical lock, door closer & hardware accessories and the project is expected to complete by end of 2018.
