It’s located next to IOI Resort City & IOI city shopping Mall, the largest shopping mall in South Klang Valley. Next to the office towers also include the 5-star Le Meridien Hotel & the magnificent 18-hole Palm Garden golf course.

Solution

Residing next to largest mall in South Klang Valley & located within the vicinity of federal administrative center of Malaysia, the Multimedia Super Corridor Cybercenter compliance (MSC) building is set to become the only one of a few iconic office buildings in Putrajaya.

St Guchi cooperate seamlessly with the clients, consultants & main contractors in delivering & assisting the project to be completed within the timeframe. Among the solutions provided for this project are mechanical lock, door closer, hardware accessories & master key system planning. The project is completed in 2016 and currently occupied by MNC such as HSBC.
