Challenge

A 51 storey tower comprising of 383 units of high-end serviced apartments will crown the new podium. The seamless full height glass curtain wall façade gives rise to a sleek tower as an iconic residential block. It is topped with a light box and with strategic up lighting, the tower is imparted with its own unique identity in the Pavilion precint.

Solution

KL Pavilion Design Studio has specific requirement and unique taste on the hardwares especially on the lever handle. Mr Filippo is an Italian designer and he is always impressed with Valli Valli designer handles. This project is confirmed by using H1056 lever handle and our new ASSA ABLOY lockcase and cylinder.
