Country Garden is a Forbes Asia Fab Top 50 companies & property developer from the province of Guangdong, China. The company was listed in HKSE in 2007. Danga Bay is located at Johor Bahru and it’s their first overseas ventures outside of China.

Solution

Looking at the gigantic size of the development, the client want to work with the No.1 supplier in Malaysia which are capable to work closely with 5 different contractors comprise of local Malaysian contractors as well as international main contractors.

St Guchi has been nominated as the sole ironmongery supplier for the entire project. That is also including the fire rated door package which is supplied by our business partner where their range of fire door are using full set of St Guchi ironmongery. The entire products range supplied for this project are mechanical lock, door closer, hardware accessories & master key system planning.
